Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when you post a job, apply for a role, or register as talent. This includes name, email address, and any information contained in your profile or application. We also collect information automatically as you use the platform: your IP address, browser and device information, the pages you visit, and how you arrived. Where you have consented to analytics cookies, this automatic information is also collected through the analytics providers named below.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate the wenhire platform, facilitate job matching, communicate with you about your listings or applications, and improve our services.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with employers or candidates as necessary to facilitate the hiring process, or with the service providers named below who help us operate the platform.
Service Providers We Use
Supabase hosts our database and handles authentication, and therefore stores your account and profile data. Vercel hosts the platform and processes your IP address as part of serving each request. Stripe processes payments; we never see or store your full card details. Google Analytics and PostHog measure how the platform is used, and are loaded only after you consent to analytics cookies. Supabase also sends account emails such as sign-in links and address confirmations. Telegram receives internal operational alerts, and those alerts can include your name and email address so that we can respond to sign-ups and payment events. Each of these providers processes data on our instructions.
Cookies
We use storage that is strictly necessary for the platform to function, including keeping you signed in and remembering your analytics choice. Google Analytics and PostHog are off by default and do not load until you accept analytics. A persistent Cookie settings control lets you deny or revoke analytics at any time. Our Cookie Policy explains each category in full.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting team@wenhire.xyz.
