About the Role

Join a growing AI company building autonomous AI systems that handle complex business operations end-to-end. Its technology helps enterprise organisations automate critical workflows across areas such as finance, supply chain, legal and procurement. The team works closely with customers to identify operational challenges and develop AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact. They're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with customers, designing and deploying AI-powered solutions that transform how businesses operate. You'll deliver customised AI-agent solutions to enterprise customers. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their challenges, redesign processes and build production-ready AI systems. This is a hands-on engineering role combining Python development, LLMs, multi-agent systems and customer-facing problem-solving. Responsibilities - Build reliable systems using LLMs and multi-agent workflows to solve complex business problems. - Own the full AI delivery lifecycle, from customer discovery and requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing support. - Develop Python applications that meet project requirements and deliver measurable outcomes. - Work directly with customers to identify operational bottlenecks and redesign business processes using AI. - Design and implement bespoke AI solutions using modern AI tools, frameworks and LLMs. - Develop and present technical demonstrations for presales engagements, showcasing potential solutions to prospective customers. - Translate customer feedback and deployment insights into improvements to the company's AI platform. - Collaborate with engineering and business teams to ensure solutions are reliable, scalable and aligned with customer needs.

Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience building complex technical projects in Python, preferably within AI or related technology sectors.
  • •Strong technical understanding of AI, LLMs, machine learning and at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP or Azure).
  • •Experience with LLM-based technologies and techniques, including RAG, agentic workflows, fine-tuning or related approaches.
  • •Strong understanding of process mapping and business process re-engineering, with an interest in improving operational workflows.
  • •Proficiency in full-stack software development, or the ability and willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks.
  • •Experience deploying AI or machine learning systems into production, including an understanding of deployment best practices and common challenges.
  • •Experience creating and presenting effective technical demonstrations for presales engagements.
  • •A track record of delivering successful technical projects and exceeding customer expectations.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
  • •Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
